I have 5 years of experience practicing yoga and meditation. I have 2 years of teaching private and group classes. I was a resident yoga teacher at Hotel Mizata by Antiresort (Nawi Beach house) in El Salvador. My certifications include: RYT 200 hrs of yoga and 200 hrs of meditation. My classes can vary depending on your necessity, if it’s either: flexibility, strength, mobility, restorative, or if it’s simply looking to reduce stress and anxiety.
