Is there a cost to join or a monthly fee?

No. Joining Alive is completely free. There are no onboarding fees, no monthly subscription fees, and no upfront costs. For providers in eligible markets, there is currently no platform fee. Platform fees and pricing may vary by country and will always be clearly disclosed before you begin offering services on Alive.

Can I set my own prices?

Yes. Providers on Alive are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Alive. Alive provides the technology that connects providers with clients, while providers independently determine their services, pricing, availability, scheduling, and business practices. You decide what to offer and how much to charge, and you can update your pricing at any time through your provider dashboard.

Do I need to bring my own clients, or does Alive send them to me?

Alive is designed to support both the clients you already have and the new ones you're looking to reach. You can invite your existing clients to book with you through Alive while also making your services discoverable to new users. Our platform uses each user's health and wellness information, goals, interests, and preferences to recommend providers and services that are a good fit, helping connect you with clients who are actively looking for what you offer.
